As a guest at Mea Via you can take part free of charge in the varied program of events “Gardena Active’”. In addition in the warm months of the year we offer you guided hiking or mountain bike tours several times a week.

Your room is ready for occupancy at 3 p.m. on your day of arrival.

You can pay your bill in cash (up to the sum of 2,999.99 Euro), with EC card or Visa or Mastercard.

We would just like to point out that we can only confirm your booking after receipt of your deposit of 30% of the total amount.

Your package holiday price includes our Slow Food half board: Breakfast and a five-course evening menu.

On your day of departure we would ask you to please vacate your room by 10.30 a.m.

At Mea Via we reserve special rooms for you and your four-legged friend. The price per pet / per day is 10 Euro. For the special final clean after departure we charge 20 Euro.

If you book your holiday (of at least 7 nights) at Mea Via 180 days in advance of your arrival we will be pleased to grant you and early booking discount of 5 %.

If you suffer any food allergies or intolerance then please let us know before you arrive so that our kitchen crew can take your individual needs into account.

In winter our hotel shuttle bus will bring you to the lifts on the Alpe di Siusi and Secada in Ortisei.

With the Val Gardena Mobil Card you have free travel to the ascent stations in Ortisei and Wolkenstein with connection to the Sella Ronda.

Free parking available directly outside the Mea Via.

If you only want to have breakfast here at Mea Via then we offer you 10% discount on the half-board price.

Mea Via provides a heated room for your skiing and hiking clothing, also including a shoe dryer.

Access to our spar area is free of charge and permitted for persons over 14 years of age. In your room you will find bathrobe, bath towel and slippers for the duration of your stay.

We would recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. If you do not do this and if for some reason you are not able to take your holiday with us then we have to charge you as follows:

For cancellations made up to 31 days before the date of arrival, no additional fee will be charged.
For cancellations within 30 to 15 days prior to arrival, 30% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 14 to 8 days prior to arrival, 60% of the total booking will be charged.
If you cancel within 7 days before arrival, no show, late arrival or early departure, we will charge you 100% of the total amount.

If you do not wish to eat meat or other animal products, our kitchen crew will be happy to prepare vegan or vegetarian meals for you. Please let us know your wishes before arrival.
