You can check in with us online before your arrival. The information you need for this is in your Pre-Stay-Mail (bottom right in Messenger). However, as always, we are pleased to be here for you in our hotel, and of course … we keep our distance.
Border are open, visitors from EU countries, Schengen states and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (list C countries) will be able to enter South Tyrol without having to quarantine.
For the entry to South Tyrol you have to be in possession of the required certificate of negative test result of COVID-19 (molecular test or antigent test, not older than 48 hours). Please complet the official Passenger Locator Form and register yourself at the local authorities using this link.
Please provide proof that you have been vaccinated, recovered or tested (test not older than 72 hours). After check-in, you no longer need to provide evidence for the rest of your stay.
If you want to use the CoronaPass areas outside of the MEA VIA, such as indoor areas of restaurants, bars, museums or theaters, you need a valid test. All of our villages have their own “Covid-19 Test Center” which will administer quick, non-invasive antigen nose swabs. Results are given in a short amount of time.
Please wear your respiratory protection in all public areas inside the MEA VIA. Outside of the MEA VIA, the mask requirement applies indoors, in public facilities and if the minimum distance of 1 meter cannot be maintained.
On your return from Italy, please note the quarantine and entry regulations of your home country.
If you need a face mask, these are also available at reception.
