Vacation, safe and relaxed. We always had high hygiene standards and we adapt these now to new government regulations. Our staff have all been trained in implementing and maintaining these measures, strictly in accordance with specifications. Face masks and/or disposable gloves are used when required and also, when we consider it necessary, for example, in the kitchen.

Throughout our hotel there are disinfectants at your disposal to be used as you find necessary. After departure of guests the rooms are cleaned thoroughly as always, now additionally sanitized with a special appliance, and more than adequately ventilated.

We have to observe socially distancing. But we are still close by for you! For you we enable as much distance as necessary and as possible. Regulations for keeping a distance of 1 m must be observed and when coming closer to one another then only with a face shield or visor. This does not apply to persons who are sharing a room.

You can check in with us online before your arrival.  The information you need for this is in your Pre-Stay-Mail (bottom right in Messenger). However, as always, we are pleased to be here for you in our hotel, and of course … we keep our distance.

If you need a face mask, these are also available at reception.

Totally, in accord with our Slow Food philosophy, we have arranged our Restaurant seating so that we conform with the regulation of 1 m apart. You can simply enjoy your meal. Or maybe you prefer even more peace? No problem. Just call Room Service and enjoy time in your room (extra charge).

Early or late risers? We serve our regional breakfast treats at the buffet. Please disinfect your hands when entering the restaurant and put on your masks around the buffet. Just tell all your wishes for scrambled eggs or omelette to our Service Staff. In the afternoon we are happy to serve you Grandma Barbl’s delicious cakes, as you wish. Our 5-Course Slow-Food Menu in the evening is served as usual.

If you would like to enjoy a tasty picnic lunch in the open air then we will be pleased to pack this for you. Just let us know the day before.

Our complete wellness and sauna areas and of course the Mea Fën are open for you. For your sauna visit or Mea Fën you can book specific times for yourself or for persons from your family or those staying in your hotel room.

Small groups may take part in our guided hiking or mountain-bike tours as well as in the “Gardena Active" activities. If you wish to take part in one of the small groups then we recommend that you also book this when you make your booking.

We would recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

If you do not do this and if for some reason you are not able to take your holiday with us then we have to charge you as follows: 60 to 14 days prior to arrival 30% of the total sum, 14 to 7 days prior to arrival 70% of the total sum. 7 days or less prior to arrival 100% of the total sum. In the case of no-show, delayed arrival or premature departure we charge you 100% of the total sum.

For cancellations in connection with the current travel restrictions, there are no cancellation costs for arrivals within August 31, 2020. Changing the trip to a later date or exchanging it for a voucher is possible at any time (depending on room availability). The cancellation of a room reservation is still only valid in writing. In the event of early departure or late arrival, the booked stay will be charged.
