How about fresh char from the Alps with apples, mustard, celery and lemon balm from the mountains of South Tyrol? Would you like goulash from our farm Sprinzen beef with Val Gardena gin? Or how about pasta made with eggs from regional hens and our iced pancake specialty with home-made raspberry preserve? If your mouth is watering already then we look forward to your table reservation in our Restaurant Bulla. Our young chef de cuisine David Pitschieler is passionate about slow food and our farm produce. His creations taste genuine and authentic with recipes which both familiar but with a modern touch. David has worked in some of the country’s best restaurants and has now come home again to Bulla, literally and in terms of his cuisine. In our Restaurant Bulla in Bula you can try out everything on the menu or enjoy our surprise 3-course menus. Fine slow food wines round off this culinary experience perfectly.
