A delight for your taste buds! South Tyrolean cuisine at its most natural but still with finesse. In our Restaurant Bulla, which is open exclusively to our hotel guests, we practice our slow food philosophy with all our know-how and experience.

The peak of enjoyment

How about fresh char from the Alps with apples, mustard, celery and lemon balm from the mountains of South Tyrol? Would you like goulash from our farm Sprinzen beef with Val Gardena gin? Or how about pasta made with eggs from regional hens and our iced pancake specialty with home-made raspberry preserve? Our young chef de cuisine is passionate about slow food and our farm produce. His creations taste genuine and authentic with recipes which both familiar but with a modern touch. Dominik has worked in some of the country’s best restaurants and has now come home again to Bulla, literally and in terms of his cuisine. In our Restaurant Bulla in Bula you can enjoy your half board with all your senses. Fine slow food wines round off this culinary experience perfectly.
