Long before the first rays of sunshine rise above the mountain tops of Culatsch and Seceda, we are already on our feet! It is still dark when Hotel Director Richard goes into our stalls to milk the cows. And while these are still chewing happily on fresh mountain hay the other animals wake up. The South Tyrol chickens are hard-working and provide us with delicious eggs every day. Uncle Klemens has been in action for hours. Every day he at work in his little bakery in Castelrotto, spoiling us with his hand-made breads and pastries.
And if there still something missing for your perfect start to the day? Our crunchy Mea Via farm muesli. Creamy yoghurt from the dairy in Strezing. Home-made organic juice. Smoked hams and sausages. The finest cheeses. And delicious Italian coffee. Breakfast from 7.30 a.m. Take your time and enjoy breakfast to the full until 10.30 a.m. But if you prefer to sleep late: we are happy to serve our Late Riser Breakfast to your room at a small extra harge.
